I paid for a single lesson at the Cloverdale location for my daughter to try guitar. Their instructor was a no show and they would not refund my money. Horrible experience and no call backs to deal with the situation.
Do NOT come here to buy music books they have almost nothing in stock! They barely have RCM piano books for each level, and the store associate didn't offer to help me order or anything.
I waited more than actually getting a lesson this month.
This was a very bad experience. I went to this studio last night and told them that my violin needed a new string only, but when I went back to pick it up, they had replaced all the strings, including a new string that was replaced in September. I was forced to replace all the strings and it was way over my budget.
