Both of my children have recieved piano lessons from Michael at the Lynn Valley location. Mike is a superb teacher who has a warm and nurturing approach perfect for all students. I also highlight the superb service deliver by James (Jin) in organizing the schedule, arranging make up classes and payments. I have found arranging make up classes much for straightforward as James always goes the extra mile in reviewing vacant time/dates to accommodate such requests.
I paid for a single lesson at the Cloverdale location for my daughter to try guitar. Their instructor was a no show and they would not refund my money. Horrible experience and no call backs to deal with the situation.
My daughter has been taking electric guitar lessons for the last couple of months. I’m impressed with the progress she’s making and her attitude towards putting in the effort to improve. That kind of motivation speaks to the quality of teaching here. Big thanks to Charlie and Joshua!
