Deserves zero stars. These guys stole my father’s original rickenbacker bass and tried saying it was lost. They sent him back a $500 fender bass and tried to call it good. These people are scum of the earth, let their business die for good.
This place sucks!! Delivered me 2 times a damaged bass guitar!! I even asked them to package better!! Then I had to take time to drop off at UPS both times. Now I don't even want anything from this place, never again be careful as they are Guitar Center which I believe owns them.
They shipped me a dreadnought guitar case in Pittsburgh that was locked with the keys to unlock it inside. And the case they picked had a 4 inch long defect on the front. This business lacks integrity.
Would not recommend..While they had what I needed, item came with bent hoop and flattened head. Footprint on section of shipping box. Contacted customer service and sent pictures. They never responded back.. The definition of poor customer service..
