My Second order and it has been a week now since i received the message that the order has been shipped and still nothing
Customer service was there for me post-sale! You have a customer for life!
I was looking for a Yamaha P-125. Their website had a new one listed that I ordered. The confirmation email said it will be delivered 5-8 business days. Next day I get an email from a 'Gear Advisor' that it's back ordered. When I ask for an estimate on the back order, he said actually it's not available any more but they have other items! The online listing was a bogus sales hook. They waste your time. I'm ordered from Amazon instead.
