I lost a 10 year old to Leukemia in 2019, and prior to him getting sick, we collected unique Christmas snowglobes. The last snowglobe we purchased was one he wanted, but was simple - just Santa in his sleigh. Unfortunately, not long after he passed away I accidentally broke his snowglobe and was devastated. Paul is an absolute magician! I accidentally broke my fiancée's keepsake from her grandparents that she got as a child. She was devastated and said to throw it out since it was so small and nobody would be able to fix it. Paul did a wonderful job on instructing how to pack and ship my snow globe. Once my snow globe got to him, he called and or emailed to keep me up-to-date on the status of my Snowglobe. My Snowglobe had irreplaceable parts and Paul was able to repair it without breaking any of them . It can’t be shipped back to me until spring due to fear of freezing in transit. I can’t wait to see it in person. Thank you Paul!

After moving across the country and being so careful, we discovered my wife’s sentimental globe was leaking. After a panicked search for places that repair snow globes, I ran into Gifts Online. I reached out and spoke with Paul, who was reassuring and set up the work order. I sent him the globe via UPS, he quoted me, took my credit card info, and had the globe restored and sent back to me sooner than his estimated time. I just have to say thank you to Paul - his craftsmanship is unparalleled

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paul and his talent for restoring globes! He went above and beyond to repair the broken figure in my vintage globe. Unbeknownst to me that my globe was going to be far more of a challenge than either of us expected! Paul managed to completely restore it with all of the original parts still intact- he returned my globe in much better shape than it had been in when I got it! He is by far the best in the business!
