Did not show for pickup. When contacted, got runaround....driver on way, I will have him call you. Several other people at hotel with same issue. Concierge said very typical. Avoid the hassle...go Uber or Lyft. Never had issue with this taxi service before, but on this trip, they were undependable on 3 separate attempts.
Called this company on a Saturday afternoon for a pick up the next morning for a ride to the airport. They did not show, and when I called them, they had no record of the phone call the previous day. To their credit, they did manage to show up 15 minutes late, and I did make my flight. The lesson here is do not trust their dispatcher for any trips to the airport
My granddaughter and I used American Music City Taxi service the other day, and the service was EXCEPTIONAL! The driver called my home first to verify his location to our house, then he arrived moments later, about 10 minutes before my ACTUAL requested pick-up time, and loaded up our luggage into the back of his clean, comfortable van. The most unprofessional and rude service ever. We reserved several cabs, called well in advance to cancel some when we realized we did not need them, were forced to split unnecessarily between the extra cabs that arrived anyway, on our way my husband received a call from another driver who had arrived and was threatening wait at our house and call the police if we did not turn around immediately and pay him.
