I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Honda service center. I had booked my service appointment for February 28, 2025, well in advance, knowing that my two-year free service period was ending on March 1st. On top of that, Honda has had two major recalls for months, which I hadn’t been able to address earlier since I was out of town. The person I had dealt with seemed like they were making deals they could not follow thru with. Then when I get there he is no where in sight and some random person there sold me the vehicle. They said it was serviced. Which it was absolutely not. The oil change was not done, it needs tires the brakes grind after three weeks and the check engine light came on two days after getting it home.
