While I have never been to their brick and mortar store front, I have dealt with them since 1984. I have purchased well over 50 items directly from them :maille, swords daggers axes helmets and costume pieces and have always found the associates knowledge and friendly. In the very few instances, I have had a concern it was addressed politely, quickly and to my satisfaction.
