Best place I've lived so far! Great location, building staff, views and amenities!
Pros: Spacious condos. Located in prairie district of south loop. East facing units have some of the best views of the lake out of any buildings in the city. Garage is relatively spacious and closed to only residents (i.e. no spot hero). Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Cons: lack of amenities for what you’re paying. the gym is spacious but the equipment is outdated and the space is poorly optimized.
