I can give this store zero star if I could. I walked into the store, no one even greeted me, then they proceeded on following me and watching every move I made as if I was going to steel or not affording their clothing, why would I go in if I didn’t think I can afford ? Very disappointed by their staffs customer service and for the price of all their items at least have a decent smile or care when someone walks into your store. I will never step a foot in there again.
I purchased a pair of jeans for $138, and when I wore them for the first time at home, I noticed threads coming out of the side seam and even a small hole starting to form. The quality is incredibly disappointing, and it feels like they might rip if I wear them again. I called the store the very next day to speak with a manager about the defect, and I was told the item was “final sale” and that I should have checked before purchasing. I really struggle with this place because I genuinely love many of the clothes and outfits they offer. Unfortunately, the customer service just doesn’t match the price point of the products. The store lacks warmth and the overall welcoming feeling you’d expect when shopping here…
Had a great experience today. Purchased an outfit for a wedding event. Well organized store…. Love how it’s color blocked . The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here again.
