Went by today and as always, my experience was phenomenal! Super friendly staff, beautiful products and gorgeous displays! Highly recommend popping by if you’re in the area, or shopping online!
I visited this store after seeing some cute items on Instagram, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unapproachable and were more focused on steaming clothes and chatting amongst themselves than interacting with customers. The looks on their faces were unwelcoming, making the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and as if I was an inconvenience. ordered boots online, took weeks to come from China, not Vancouver. Flimsy poorly made, want to return, have to pay to ship back to China at my expense.
I’ve been a customer for many years and love that they have a new location in Ocean Park!
