I love supporting small businesses and even more so when they are amazing like Muse. The quality is amazing, have been shopping here for 10 years. The customer service is top notch. I am truly grateful for their suggestions and honest feedback. I have bought for every event under the sun and got so many compliments on every piece! I can give this store zero star if I could. I walked into the store, no one even greeted me, then they proceeded on following me and watching every move I made as if I was going to steel or not affording their clothing, why would I go in if I didn’t think I can afford ? Very disappointed by their staffs customer service and for the price of all their items at least have a decent smile or care when someone walks into your store. I will never step a foot in there again.
I purchased a pair of jeans for $138, and when I wore them for the first time at home, I noticed threads coming out of the side seam and even a small hole starting to form. The quality is incredibly disappointing, and it feels like they might rip if I wear them again. I called the store the very next day to speak with a manager about the defect, and I was told the item was “final sale” and that I should have checked before purchasing.
