Wow. You know from the moment you walk in it’s going to be an amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and polite. Everything from the beginning was explained to me thoroughly and I was asked a bunch if I had questions and they kept making sure i was okay, comfortable and happy. Nikki is the SWEETEST!
