This is a great store to buy quality furniture and accessories for the home. Wonderful service, knowledgeable and friendly staff that make you feel like a valued customer. Lots of parking and well located in Kelowna.
Love this place! I haven't bought anything but i always visit as its always esthetically pleasing!
Bought a Hanford leather recliner last year (June 2023). Just over a year later the leather on the headrest is wearing. Manager and Service Staff looked at photos and said they believe it is a sebum stain from oil. We have owned other leather recliners over the years that have never shown wear on the headrest, including one from Scan Design. Totally unhappy and discussed with the service and handling we received today. We bought two decorative cushions which are defective. They are losing the pile and fibres. If you wear dark clothing you have to use a roller to clean you up every time. We shoved them our proof of purchase. It was cash sale so they could not find our info in their system. It has taken us far to long to write this review, but we're happy to share that we have purchased many pieces (2 sofas, several dining room chairs, bar stools, an armoire, and 2 leather stand along chairs) from Muse and Merchant and have always been more than impressed with the customer service (especially of Ashley) and of the products themselves.
