I had a great experience at Muse Granville! Glen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a cool rustic vibe that made it feel really welcoming. I especially loved the roll station! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
As a visitor from Toronto, I have to say that Muse on Granville is in a league of its own. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a really stylish and inviting decor that makes it a pleasure to visit. Update: Luke was tremendously helpful after my issue, and revived some trust. Purchased an incorrect item, immediately asked for a refund, they said no…..(no managers on site = no returns allowed) Was extremely dissatisfied with the manager, training, and lack of customer service. When I did return, the manager with the pony tail was absolutely disregarding and insulting. Denying me the options to return my item, or exchange it, moments, after the purchase is criminal.
