Firstly, to the manager, mad props to you for running an incredible store. So clean, very well stocked, and it always smells so good. I regularly went to this location in 2021-2022 when I lived in Vancouver. The best staff, so knowledgeable and kind. I recently visited Vancouver and came by, and it’s still the same as I remember. I’m a regular customer and On one visit, a staff member “joked” that every time I walk in, they know it’s me cause I wear the same orange beanie and they are in the back dreading it and saying, “Oh, it’s her again.” These are the same people I interact with regularly, and show extreme warmth and kindess too out of basic respect so hearing that, joke or not, was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Alix and Georgia have been fantastic, I’m relatively new to weed and they showed me the ropes. My experience with weed has been so great because of them
Really nice store with a great vibe everything felt well curated and easy to browse without feeling overwhelming. Just a genuinely good shopping experience overall, Georgie and Alix were lovely too super friendly and helpful.
