I would have given it zero stars. She made up my late husbands trust. Now that I need to talk to her about it: she is nowhere to be found and the attorney she named as a supervising attorney was disbarred. Hat the heck is my recourse now?
I too am having issues with this company. I have paid them in full to update my mother's living trust and still have not received the documents for over 3 weeks. They have not returned any phone calls or texts. I believe this maybe a scam and will have to contact the State Board of California and the better business bureau.
