Love that i find a place that could help in relieving my pain. I had a pinched nerve, tension in multiple spots, and an ankle injury. I may need to go back a few more times but I felt great walking out of there. Jeff's a great guy. Enjoyed my time there.

Jeff at Muscular Wellness is extremely knowledgable about how every muscle and tendon works and connects, and begins each session by asking what hurts and how. He then focuses on alleviating pain and stiffness through massage of muscles, trigger points, and tendons. Great therapists here, can’t go wrong with any of the three therapists for a massage. They are all great at their jobs.
Always find I am treated for what I need and I am heard in each session-before,during and after! Why should I be surprised to find the next day and after I feel so much better overall! Only wish my budget allowed more frequent visits, this is a good investment in my wellbeing!
