damaged items from move and they will not fix, offered $100. fix an antique cabinet that they shattered the glass in and broke a speaker in half that we had spent over $1800. NOT GOOD! NOT EVEN CLOSE! Oh they want your business and fill you with bullshit. Should have known from the start, they were 3 days late getting to our house and we were suppose to be out of the house. Lucky we had a damn good realtor that saved us. I could write a book on had bad they are! WARNING............DO NOT USE THEM
We have had 2 moves with MMM. The first was from Woodstock, GA to Otsego, MN (October 2023), then Otsego, MN to Greensboro, NC (May 2024). The first move went well. Our driver was Brandon. He arrived on time, had a great crew and there were no issues with pick-up and delivery. The second move was a DISASTER. Both moves occurred with a period of 7 months. Joseph & Steve was very friendly. Steve has to do better with reading the directions cometely before assembly. Other than that they werw great!
