My experience with Adrian was thorough, professional, and helped reduce my muscular tension tremendously. She is educated and her understanding of the body is something to be admired. She took the time to identify my issue and then worked towards improving my tissue health during the session. I felt amazing post-session and I highly recommend working with Adrian if your flexibility & mobility is needing attention.

Phenomenal! I saw fantastic improvement in my mobility and a dramatic reduction in my pain levels after the first session. One session did me more good than a year of stretching at a nearby stretch therapy facility. Professional, knowledgable and effective. I highly recommend getting a membership.
