Just out of a sports massage with Phil and I couldn't recommend him enough. I was experiencing some niggling in my hip - he asked a number of questions relating to the issue and then worked through some movements with pressure to diagnose the problem before getting started. I've had an ongoing dull pain right shoulder/rhumboid area for a very longtime. Equally impacting on my lower right side. One session with Phil has totally eradicated dull feeling i was experiencing. Very Professional,pleasant and easy going. Will attend again to keep on top of issue. Thanks Phil.
I had been experiencing back pain for 3 weeks, with no signs of it going away on it's own, I booked a session with Phil. I'd never been for a sports massage before, Phil explained what the cause of the pain was and the difference was notable immediately after the session. Within a day I felt completely back to normal. Phil explained everything throughout and was really knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Nice and friendly environment. I had a sore back thats been niggling me off and on for months. I decided to take action this time and seek.some.help. I went to phil and came out feeling like a new person whilst instill felt my back weak, I felt so much more comfortable and mobile, not like it was ready to give way any second. Highly recommended, well worth the £45. If you can splurge on a night out, dinner or takeaways then I advise you to splurge on your body and health. Soooo beneficial!
