Went in with pretty bad back pain from working in childcare - sitting, standing and lying were all really uncomfortable and painful for me. Teresa did a phenomenal job in our half hour session and managed to get rid of almost all of the pain I had been experiencing, something that I had been struggling to achieve with other therpists. I will absolutely be going back!
Years of massages that never resolved any of tensions. One session with Teresa and I can feel my muscles finally relaxing. Wished I had found her a lot earlier! Highly recommend.
Just had an excellent deep tissue massage with Huss at 36 weeks pregnant! He was super respectful, except when it came to pressure hahaha! He gave me exactly what I needed, where most therapists are too hesitant to apply the necessary pressure to alleviate the musculoskeletal concerns during pregnancy. I appreciated the explanations of the pathophysiology of my primary complaint, he talked me through each part of the therapy and what I can expect to be feeling, and then gave good aftercare recommendations. Huss was incredible, I didn’t realise how restricted my neck and shoulders were until he started, very knowledgeable and thorough too. Going to make breastfeeding & my pregnancy so much smoother. Rebooking fortnightly!
