Teresa is so very caring. She took the time to understand my cancer history and treat me accordingly. I had a wonderful full body massage and will be back monthly from now on. I would highly recommend Teresa for her caring nature and her expertise.
Years of massages that never resolved any of tensions. One session with Teresa and I can feel my muscles finally relaxing. Wished I had found her a lot earlier! Highly recommend.
I saw Theresa here today and she was amazing. I felt like a rock when I walked in to the practice, and Theresa did a great job working to get all the knots out of my back. I’m 5 months postpartum and feeding all the time so I’m very tight through the neck, shoulders, and back from sitting a lot. I feel so much better and lighter after Theresa’s massage. Highly recommend for new mums and anyone with some tight areas in need of release.
Had the most wonderful massage again today with Teresa. I have seen her 3 times now and would highly recommend. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very good at what she does! Will come back again :)
Went in with pretty bad back pain from working in childcare - sitting, standing and lying were all really uncomfortable and painful for me. Teresa did a phenomenal job in our half hour session and managed to get rid of almost all of the pain I had been experiencing, something that I had been struggling to achieve with other therpists. I will absolutely be going back!
