Daniel has helped me recover from shoulder surgery, stretching the muscles and working out the knots. He also showed me exercises to continue the healing. Recently he helped to work out a contracted muscle in my back that is now on the mend. He is knowledgeable and skilled in the human body and the connections between muscles, tendons and bones. I highly recommend Daniel for pain management!

Daniel is wonderful! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and you can tell how much he loves his work. I have been experiencing some low back pain and he was able to figure out the issue and recommend a treatment plan that included some at home care. I'm looking forward to many more sessions!
Mark did an excellent massage. Really listened and worked on the areas I wanted him to! I would definitely recommend him.
