Tavia gives an excellent massage. She is amazingly strong and will adjust her pressure accordingly. She has the ability to track a muscle from origin to insertion with both precision and firmness that really breaks up tension, holding patterns and knots. On Saturday 7/11/26 I fell and sprang my ankle and hurt my opposite knee . I could barely walk. I made an appointment to see Tavia that same day of my injury. She massaged my legs and ankle for an hour. She was very professional and thorough in her therapy massage. The next day I could walk, very slowly, with no pain. The following day I was doing better. I truly believe because of her massage therapy my injuries improved so much . I would not hesitate to return to Tavia again if I had another injury . She is awesome.
I have been dealing with chronic neck pain and stiffness for over a year with little to no relief. Tavia is incredible and really takes the time to understand the best way to help you. Will continue to see her. Highly recommend visiting her.
Absolutely Amazing Massage from Tavia! Tavia came over from Muscle Surfing and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things! Her bedside manner was warm and professional, and her techniques were incredibly effective. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterward. 10/10 — would absolutely recommend!
