Terrible service/professionalism. My father was booked for physiotherapy here, turned up on the day only to be told that the physiotherapist was away sick. When politely enquired why there was no cancellation notification the receptionist just shrugged it off and told us well just be rebooked for another appointment. No apologies. Disgusted with this place.
Excellent care by Samantha at Muscle People Wigram. I can highly recommend, very through and caring. Very friendly reception team as well and loved the evening appointment slots.
Arrived for my 8am appointment, waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to tell me that the person who was supposed to see me wasnt coming in because they'd called in sick. Total waste of time. Communication beforehand would've been nice.
Exactly the same experience as Chunny K. Very poor customer service by a person with holes in her cardigan that did not look very professional like their web page suggests.
Great service! I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Munashe in helping my husband to walk again. When we first came in, we felt hopeless as my husband still could not walk for 2 months with swelling and weakness on his left leg despite of GP and youtube's advice, but with the first appointment with Mr. Munashe at Muscle people physiotherapy, he felt immediate relief and understanding what has been happening to him.
