Exactly the same experience as Chunny K. Very poor customer service by a person with holes in her cardigan that did not look very professional like their web page suggests.
Great service! I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Munashe in helping my husband to walk again. When we first came in, we felt hopeless as my husband still could not walk for 2 months with swelling and weakness on his left leg despite of GP and youtube's advice, but with the first appointment with Mr. Munashe at Muscle people physiotherapy, he felt immediate relief and understanding what has been happening to him. Considerate staff always make me feel comfortable and respected.
I've been going to Muscle People in Wigram for various injuries over the past year and the service has been impeccable. Naomi solved my hip problem completely by picking up on the root cause and treating that rather than only treating the symptoms. Jess is currently looking after my knee and hand and doing a stellar job. It's pretty clear they know what they're doing. One stellar physio might be a coincidence but two is definitely a pattern. Highly recommend this place.
