The services here are incredible - not only are the staff excellent at making you feel at ease, the treatments provided are top-notch. I struggle with muscle tightness (and have for years), and Stephen has been an excellent pillar of support to help me so that I can perform and feel at my best.

Stephen is an incredible myotherapist! Having had many similar treatments before from others over the years, I can say with confidence that Steven knows his stuff incredibly well and he can read all the subtle bodily signs that that others can’t (at least from my experience!). Two sessions and my neck pain was completely cured! Can’t recommend highly enough! A genuinely lovely guy too who totally puts you at ease ☺️ Will definitely be back.

Visiting Stephen is now going to be a part of my monthly routine. I began rugby training at the start of the year and my shin splints kept slowing me down. I have tried different methods of alleviating the pain, but nothing really worked. Getting a professional treatment by Stephen has really helped me to keep up with the sport and my active lifestyle.
