Great, targeted sports massage with Laura! Still been going for years, seeing Alex lately and still think this is a great business.

Alex was extremely helpful in releasing pain and tension in my calf. He showed incredible knowledge and insight and gave me great exercises and stretches to help reduce and manage pain, build strength and improve my range of motion. I’ve seen a considerable improvement in pain and strength over our sessions and feel I now have the skills to help treat myself alongside sessions with Alex. Couldn’t recommend him more!
