Big thanks to Ali My back had locked up, the muscles on either side of my spine were really tight and putting a lot of pressure on my spine trapping a nerve. I I was treated using pressure therapy and by the end of my session I could move in all directions. It took a few days afterwards for the tenderness in my back to ease as the treatment is hard-core.
