Before coming here, my previous massages usually involved the therapist finding my sore spots and then proceeding to apply intense, painful pressure to release them. Tejpal uses hot rocks to warm up the area, suction cups to release the knots, and then massages the entire area until it feels better. Always a wonderful experience!
