It was my first visit to see Fen as I was having problems with knots in my calves after running up to 100 km per week. Fen was diligent and certainly found the culprit in my calves which was extensive muscle knots. He even went overtime because his belief is to fix the problem before the customer leaves. It’s not something that’s going to be fixed in one visit so I understand I will need to see him again.
I had my first sports massage by Yuree today. I was very impressed. She was super professional, genuinely cares about her clients and really knows her stuff! I am from Mount Barker and will happily travel accross adelaide to see Yuree any day. I have been to a fre different places now and Muscle Health Massage is in a league of their own. Thankyou!

Not all massage therapists are the same . I've been seeing Fen at muscle health massage for over 1yr on a regular basis to help with recovery and alignment in my body from boxing and gym . His ability to release tension , fatigue and stress in my muscles is next level . I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone seeking a massage
