I've had bad luck trying to find a good physio in the past. I can’t recommend Jay highly enough. I came in after severely injuring my back and wasn’t sure if I’d ever get back to the gym. They were incredibly down to earth, took the time to really listen, create a plan and explained everything clearly. With Jay's help and guidance, I’ve largely recovered and am back training again. A genuinely capable and caring physio who knows their stuff.
Michael is excellent! Passionate and professional! Absolutely amazing therapist! I felt so good afterwards.
