I'm very disappointed with my family’s recent experience. While the facility itself was OK ,the customer service, particularly from Astrid, was unacceptable. With disrespectful attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This lack of basic customer service reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Management needs to seriously address this issue and provide their staff, especially Astrid, with proper training on how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally.
