Muscle and Soul has been a lifesaver. Millie, the owner, is probably the sweetest and kindest person you’ll ever meet. She has been in Grasslake for over 15 years and has never done any advertising. The reason why? Because she’s that good. We found her just by chance through Google a few years ago and she helped me with my chronic back pain.
