Had my first appointment with Lucy yesterday, I can't wait to go back! I went for knots in my back and left with more movement in my shoulder and no rubbing pain in my hip. Miracle worker, I highly recommend.
I attended Lucy's practice looking for help with a shoulder issue and reoccurring back pain. I also wanted to look for somewhere to get regular maintenance overhaul to stay fit. Lucy's knowledge & approach is great. She listened intently & probed to understand the origins of my complaints during the assessment phase. Lucy then gave a deep tissue release massage & helped identify areas I never knew were painful or weak. Finally she gave me a structured set of stretches & exercises to begin a journey of recovery. Was okay, felt bit rushed
My urgent appointment with Lucy was a life saver. I was in so much pain with my shoulder & neck. Booking the appt was a breeze online. Lucy was very welcoming & took a thorough history without eating massively into the hands on therapy time. She clearly has extensive knowledge & skill. She put me at ease from the offset.
