This place charges $200 or more to handle a simple annual tax return. Once you pay, it becomes very hard to get in touch with them. I've called the front desk many times to speak with the person who filed my return. Each time, the front desk claimed she's on another call and will get back to me later. She never bothered to follow up about my return's status. Communication is non-existent and they avoid you. If I could give zero stars I would. I referred my daughter to take her taxes there. They were very rude and unprofessional to her. While she was filling out paperwork she could literally hear the staff badmouthing her and other clients dropping off their taxes so late. So unprofessional clients are paying you to do your job not be rude and bad mouth them.
