The bikes were dirty from previous use and the tag along kids bike trailer was absolutely filthy. Seconds year in a row hiring and gave them the benefit of the doubt and still the same issues.
Fantastic experience with this very friendly team, quality e-bikes that were in top condition and so easy to ride and enjoy the trail. Even had the 'nice bike' callout from an impressed rider coming past!!! :)) Highly recommend, and lovely to do the trail from Mooball, which is a great start/end point - easy parking and lovely pub for a celebratory drink and chips afterwards! Thanks to all for a really fun experience and very helpful instruction up front.
Had a great ride very easy for a couple who haven’t ridden a bike for 40 years really picturesque surroundings
The process of hiring and riding e bikes was explained clearly by Geoff. He guided us through the trail and suggested places for lunch. The one we chose was delicious. The bikes were easy to ride, comfortable and sturdy. As a mature woman I felt very confident riding 42km along the trail. We have ridden many bike trails around Europe on e-bikes and this would be one of the best.
