Lost $50 deposit with no service rendered… Wife tries to back out of the appointment while on the phone(she read the poor reviews) , they let her know that they need to keep her $50 (this was not a call back but an initial call) she can dispute it with the office manager tomorrow. I just had to take a moment to write this review about the vet who looked after my cat. Seriously, they were beyond awesome! Not only do they know their stuff, but they also treated my cat with so much love and attention. It's pretty clear they're in this profession for all the right reasons. Dealing with a sick pet is never easy, but they made the whole experience a lot more manageable. I'm seriously grateful and won't hesitate to go back whenever my pet needs help. This place is a bait and switch. They charge $120 for the exam then quote you for services that are 10 times average price. When you can't pay they keep the $120 and move on to the next bait and switch. It's a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. They are foreigners doing business in America like the do in their country. Their services are probably third world quality as well. Dont waste you time like they wasted mine.
