This business won't provide you with a quote prior to completing your taxes (blank check syndrome). They also made critical errors that would have cost me thousands, had I not brought it to their attention. The owner seems highly competent, but he wasn't the one who completed my return.
One star for the office location, the other is charity. No upfront quotes on taxes and then they made critical errors.
I would have rated this firm 5 stars 5 years ago. However since Tony has retired this firm has been a revolving door of accountants that has unfortunately gotten stuck on the current CPA. The comments above about the current CPA are on target.
