They tell you to con to appointments and don't tell you what u need to bring so when u get there someone else then tell you ok let me see what you need for this appointment. So unprofessional. We have jobs also, so to prepare us for the appointment is very very important. I've had 2 appointments and both of them the results were the same. I had to leave and bring back other paper work, that I was not told would be needed.
Wonderful people that train people to be productive, fulfilled and happy. Truly a win-win bunch. We have maintained their Oberlin Road shop for over twenty years, and enjoyed watching their self-made service grow. Get to know them!
