I used this company for several years to file my yearly income taxes - I had to stop using them after several instances when I realized they were not paying attention... On one occasion I paid taxes quarterly - they failed to report a $2K payment - the IRS charged me a penalty for not reporting it... On another occasion I tried to communicate with the woman who does my taxes regarding how much I should pay quarterly - she told me flat out that was not her job!!!
