DO NOT use this law firm! I purchased a mobile home over a year ago. It had gone through two owners before I bought it. Murray did the closing for the sale. Come to find out, the title was still in the first owners name because Murray never changed the name on the title! The mobile home was also supposed to be “detitled” (which means there is no more physical title, the DMV retires it.
