I had a poor experience trying to get my Dometic fridge repaired through Murray Heating and Cooling. I called to ask whether they could service it, as it was having temperature sensor issues. I was first told they do not service these fridges, then later told they do. When I asked about the process, I was told it would be $150 just to drop the fridge off, then a 3 to 4 week wait before they would even look at it, after which they would diagnose the issue and quote the repair.
