I caution anyone who requires transcription services from selecting Murray Court Reporting. The owner was dismissive of his responsibility to deliver timely products as advertised, and he was non-communicative when approached regarding the poor service his company provided. His staff lacked attention to detail, and failed to provide a complete and accurate transcription, paid for in advance, until I requested a refund.
