I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’m receiving from Tamara and her office. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by both Tamara and her staff is simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness staff members dressing inappropriately, as if they are preparing for a gym session, rather than upholding the professionalism expected in a legal environment. I didn't like it; besides not resolving the case, they don't answer calls. I applied for asylum over a year ago, and to this day, I haven't received my work permit or social security.
