This company has zero customer service. They drop the ball and take no responsibility. Their reply was shit happens. No apologies just shit happens.
AVOID THEIR BUSINESS‼️ Absolutely and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL customer service. During a phone call, the representative repeatedly called me "sir", even after I corrected him twice, as I am a WOMAN. Instead of fixing his mistake, he LAUGHED and continued calling me "sir" on purpose. This was mocking, dismissive and completely unacceptable. No customer should be belittled or disrespected like this. If this is how their staff treats people, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I'll give them a 1 Management sucks Driver 102 needs her head checked, very rude lady! Must be related to the owner/dispatcher. Will make up lies. Rest of staff seems over worked and under paid. Feel sorry for them.
