This review is about the customer service, not the quality of the dock itself. When I was ordering this dock and speaking with this company directly on the phone, I mentioned we have a flagstone driveway at our cottage and that we would like to protect it from the weight of the delivery truck. The company representative said they would send along used plywood boards to place under the truck to distribute the weight and lessen the chance of our flagstone being damaged in the delivery process. I ordered a dock from Murpy's through Blake. I couldn't be happier with the price and quality and delivery! I highly recommend Murphy's and, in particular, the excellent customer service I received from Blake!
