Just got familiar with this store in past couple of weeks. Beats prices anywhere else, plus the fact its only 3 minutes away from me, even better. Started renovations at my parents basement, and I am getting pretty much 95% of my stuff here. Costumer service very good and knowledgeable
This review is about the customer service, not the quality of the dock itself. When I was ordering this dock and speaking with this company directly on the phone, I mentioned we have a flagstone driveway at our cottage and that we would like to protect it from the weight of the delivery truck. The company representative said they would send along used plywood boards to place under the truck to distribute the weight and lessen the chance of our flagstone being damaged in the delivery process.
