There’s a black lady who works here I guess she a manager or something she’s the rudest person. But I guess if my life was so bad I had to manage a gas station to live I’d be angry all the time also
I had a very upsetting experience at this Murphy gas station. While I was trying to complete a purchase, I took a little longer than usual to locate my card. Instead of being patient or professional, the employee canceled my transaction, began yelling at me, and accused me of stealing in front of other customers. I stopped to get some diesel this morning and becase the pay at the pump system was broken, I had to prepay at the counter. The receipt I got had indicated the dollar value only, not the quantity. Because the vehicle is used for business I need a full receipt with the fuel name, quantity and $ value. I had the worst customer service experience today at the Murphy USA 7576 located at 186 outer loop. I pumped my car gas and sister was riding with me who purchased Newport cartons. So, I asked to buy and the person who is African American and claim her self “manager” refused to sell me. She said they only sale to one person who are riding in the same vehicle.
