They literally stole my money. I went inside and paid 20 dollars cash, told the lady to have a nice day and she told me to do the same. But no pre-paid amount showed up on pump 14. Not even 5 minutes had passed when I went back inside to see if there had been a pump mixup when the lady looked at me like I was crazy and asserted she had not taken my money, she had no 20 dollars receipts for the day and no one on pump 14. If there was a zero star option, I’d select it. This is undoubtedly one of the busiest gas stations in Lufkin and it’s super convenient, being right in front of Walmart. The sad part is this: many of the credit card readers are not functional and the receipt printers are generally always out of paper at whichever pump I seem to select. This forces you to go inside and be trapped in a long line to wait for a receipt. Worst Murphys in TX. Over packed. Over 5 card readers still broken -no signs. Broken for way over 4 months now. Moved to 4 pumps, amid yelling horns angry customers. 20 min later, no gas. The Ultimate non-functional Murphys in Texas! Even closed Murphy gas station is better than this. A rage machine.
