An older woman by the name "cindy" working at the front counter gave me the most unimaginable attitude because SHE couldn't find the change for my pump and apparently couldn't take the 3 seconds it would have taken her to find it. Eventually got my change back, but not without a struggle
Bought a beef Jerky stick there and drove off opened it and it smelled funny. Turns out it expired in June of last year.
Best prices on gas in Lufkin however, 50% of their pumps are out of service always. General manager needs to step up.
