I was recommended to Dan, I uploaded all my docs on March 3rd. My husband and I met with him the next day, he said he got everything and told us the fee. I sent a few messages via the portal, no answer. 3 weeks after our meeting I called for an update, receptionist said she'd get back to me, she didn't. Same thing 3 more times but by now it was already April 9th so figured I'd wait til the 15th. NOTHING. No email, no call, nothing in the portal (it said "in progress").
