Kelly is truly a magical person and im so grateful she is part of my healing journey ! suffering from mold illness left me with PTSD , I was afraid to be alone and I couldn't drive further than a mile from my house without having a panic attack . After 3 sessions I am able to be home by myself all day and I've started driving all over my town. I can even go in places now and not worry about panicking. Kellys space is as warm and inviting as she is ! I would highly recommend her !!

Kelly is awesome, and the therapy was a great experience on my journey to quit smoking for good. Even the insights from just chatting with her were incredibly helpful. You won’t be sorry.
I have had 5 sessions with Kelly. She is so knowledgeable and really listens to me. I had goals set for weight loss, fitness, and eating a ‘clean’ diet. She helped me reach my goals. When I leave a session I feel very calm, relaxed, and refocused. I’ve lost 25 pounds already, but I think the real key to Kelly’s help and guidance is that I have hope for the future. I feel that I can stay the course, and meet even more goals.
