Kelly was amazing! I came to her for help with public speaking anxiety and gained so much more from our sessions. She helped me work through my nerves, build confidence, and improve the way I approach challenging situations. Her sessions were calming, supportive, and thoughtful, and I always felt comfortable and understood. I’m so grateful for the tools and confidence I’ve gained and would highly recommend her!

I have suffered for years with anxiety and PTSD. I've tried and quite several kinds of therapy, even had highly respected Dr's tell me I was outside their scope of expertise. I've lost friends,family and nearly destroyed a marriage with my amazing wife. In February I had my first mental crisis, 2½weeks of living in hell. Just been to one session so far, I suffer from phobias and anxiety. Kelly has definitely given me confidence that I could have a normal life again, and I have experienced something very unexpected that the way to describe it, is spiritual. So optimistic for future sessions

I had never done hypnosis before but I was really struggling with a meditation that I have to drink twice daily indefinitely. I just dreaded taking it to the point it would make me nauseous just thinking about it. Someone suggested hypnosis so I gave it a try. Kelly was so kind, understanding and listened to all my concerns and feelings. She said she thought I could really benefit from it so I gave it a try. WOW!! I literally can’t say enough amazing things about Kelly. I have had a paralyzing fear of flying my entire life and had never flown before. My mother in law planned a Disney cruise for us and at that time I knew I had to fly!! I was terrified and thought about it daily to the point it made me sick to my stomach cause I honestly did not think I could do it and I was going to let my kids down.
