Finally got some perfect fitting pants with a taper, ordered the exact same and they were way too tight?!? They failed to explain that they decided to change the fit according to customer feedback but make me feel like it’s my error because I got them tapered. They wouldn’t allow it anymore, then why is the option available on the website? Frustrating to say the least!
Sterling open pocket short sleeve tapered, 17: sleeves are too long and baggy, tapered fit is not tapered enough even for me who is about 15-20 lbs over my ideal weight.
Update: the company reached out and shipped the correct items from the original order fixing the issue. Delivery took 3 weeks (15 business days) and in the end I received 2 wrong pant items in the package, at this point I can't wait another 3+ weeks for an exchange and will have to make do with the wrong items.
Update: a company rep reached out promptly reinstating their shipping policy and letting me know the correct items will be re-shipped, will revise the rating once received. Delivery took 3 weeks (15 business days) and in the end I received 2 wrong pant items in the package, at this point I can't afford to wait another 3 weeks for an exchange and will have to make do with the wrong uniform items shipped.
