A totally negative experience. We had an emergency move from one seniors' residence to another with higher care. We had approximately 10 days to arrange, pack and move the patient. On the advice of an agency we contacted Downsize Ottawa. A call was returned by a Downsize "partner" Streamline My Move" promptly on Canada Day, which we appreciated.
