Purchased my Murphy Bed in July. I was told I would get by bed by the end of September which I needed since I had out of state guests coming for my birthday. I paid half over 5k. I hadn't heard from them at all and it was the third week of September. So I called and left messages. Finally got a return call and they have now extended it another month. Great family owned business - Superior product & very professional sales associate.
Mr. Jeff Hughes was most helpful. Allowed us time to explore the options and when we were ready he answered all our questions. He made us aware of the options and provided a sheet of installation gotchas we never thought about. In the end we made choices I believe we will be happy with for years to come! Thank you Jeff!
