I was mainly worried about durability since we have kids constantly jumping on the bed, but the frame has stayed completely stable so far. No strange noises or loose joints after months of use. The team that delivered it also helped position everything exactly where we wanted without complaining once.
It's rare, especially in Florida, that a company delivers quality and service like we just experienced with Murphy Bed USA. They delivered on the scheduled day, on time, and it was all well communicated. They had to deal with a difficult hi-rise condo with professionalism. Thank you Audrey, Kevin and Dave.
